Choose a test package and share your preferred dates. We coordinate with our lab partner to confirm the appointment. Once your date is confirmed, we will notify you to proceed with payment. On the scheduled day, a licensed professional will visit your home to collect the sample safely.

We cover all of Mexico City and the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. Home sample collection is included in the package price throughout our coverage area.

Most reports are delivered by email within 1 to 2 business days. However, certain specialized tests may require additional processing time. Reports are available in Spanish or English.

No medical order is required for the packages listed on our website.

Yes. A valid passport is enough to book a test; a local identity document is also accepted.

We offer professional sample collection at hotel rooms and private Airbnbs so you can complete your tests without disrupting your travel plans.

To comply with medical privacy standards and hygiene protocols, we require a private space for the procedure and cannot perform collections in shared or public areas.

If you are staying at a hotel, we also recommend informing the hotel staff in advance about the scheduled sample collection.

Appointments can be rescheduled without an additional charge if the request is made before 4 PM on the previous business day. Requests received after that time may incur additional charges.

You can pay in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD) using a credit card or debit card. At the moment, we do not accept cash.

Yes. We accept USD payments using international credit and debit cards.

We can provide a payment receipt that you may use when requesting reimbursement from your insurer. If you require a tax invoice, please contact us before booking to confirm availability and requirements.

It depends on the test. We'll send clear prep instructions with your booking confirmation. If your package includes a urine test, please get a sterile container from a nearby pharmacy and collect the first-morning sample. You can learn more about urine sample collection here.
